8th-grade students have the opportunity to apply for a 2-year Florida prepaid scholarship that can be used at any Florida college including trade or technical schools.  The application is open until October 31st.  All applications and required financial documents must be submitted online no later than that date.  If awarded the Take Stock Scholarship, students will be paired with a mentor that will work with them through high school and they will also receive a coach to assist with the transition to college.  If you feel your student may be eligible, please go online and complete the application today.  If your child's GPA is a 2.0 or higher, please consider applying to take advantage of this incredible opportunity!
