From: Hardee Senior High School
On 10/24/23 Hardee Senior High School will be hosting a STEM & CTE night! HSH is inviting Hardee Junior High School students, 6th through 8th graders, to attend as we feel this is an excellent opportunity to see what we have to offer and set some goals for their future. The students and their parents who attend will do a self-paced tour through the commons and into the culinary lab and ROTC room exploring what we have to offer. The programs that we will be showcasing are Marine Science, Experimental Science, Forensics, Biotechnology, Anatomy and physiology, Physics, Agriculture/FFA, Auto Mechanics, Building Construction/Drafting, Nursing, Culinary, ROTC, and Digital Design. We will also have our Robotics Team, Solar Go-Kart Team, and Alpha Zeta Pi (our STEM Club) set up with information about those programs.
Each station will have students available to share their experiences and flyers with more information about their program. We will also have Kona Ice on campus selling snow cones along with various student organizations with goodies for sale.
